All RHSL lights are designed to operate during nighttime hours. Adjusting or testing your RHSL light during daylight is not recommended, as it will not produce accurate results.

To help us assist you more effectively, please make sure you are testing or adjusting your RHSL light after dark.

Standard Lights:

  1. Press ON/OFF on light fixture

  2. Wait 10 seconds

  3. Turn back on

PRO Series:

  1. Unplug from panel

  2. Wait 10 seconds

  3. Plug back in

  • The issue appears to be a manufacturer defect

🚚 TRANSIT DAMAGE (READ CAREFULLY)

Transit damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Parcel Shipments:

  • Photos of all sides of the box

  • Shipping label visible

  • Photos/video of damage

Freight Shipments:

  • Damage must be noted with driver at delivery

  • Photos of packaging + product

  • Signed delivery receipt with damage noted

👉 Claims cannot be processed without proper documentation or past 14 days from delivery
