Ranch Hand Solar Lighting Systems Technical Assistance
If you’re experiencing technical issues with your Ranch Hand Solar Lighting System, please follow the steps below to help us resolve your concern as quickly as possible.
Step 1: Reset Your Light
For Standard Models:

Press the hard ON/OFF button on the light fixture.

Allow the light to remain off for 10 seconds.

Turn the light back on. The light should quickly flash, indicating it has been reset.

If the light does not flash, ensure it is placed in a sunny area and allowed to charge for at least 4 hours before attempting the reset again.
For PRO SERIES Models:

Unplug the light from the solar panel.

Wait 10 seconds.
-
Plug the light back into the solar panel.
