TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

The first step to any technical inquiry will be for a member of our team to advise you to RESET the light.

RESET INSTRUCTIONS

To reset the light: press the hard ON/OFF button on the light fixture itself.  Allow the light to remain off for 10 seconds and then turn the light back on, the light should quickly flash at you, indicating it has been turned back on. If the light does not flash at you, please ensure the light is placed in a sunny area and allowed to charge for a minimum of 3 hours before trying the RESET again. 

If you are needing to RESET a PRO SERIES light, please unplug the light from the solar panel and plug back in after 10 seconds. 

Resetting the light typically resolves all technical issues customers experience. 

In order to expedite your technical inquiry, please RESET your RHSL by following the above steps. If the issue you are experiencing is not resolved by performing a hard reset, please contact us with the below information included in your support ticket email. 

When composing your email to tech@rhsolarlighting.com, please ensure you include the following information so that our team members are able to quickly resolve any technical issue you may be experiencing. 

Subject: RHSL TECH SUPPORT Request

​Please include your name, order number, preferred contact method & details, and which product you are experiencing technical difficulties with. 

Please be sure to explain the technical difficulty you are experiencing in as much detail as possible. 

We will also need a video of the malfunction occurring, the short video should be taken after dark so our team is able to better assess the issue you are experiencing. 

Once you have sent your tech support email, please allow 48 hours for one of our team members to review the information and they will be in touch for further trouble shooting, or to provide you with more information onto how to properly work your RHSL light.

WARRANTY ASSISTANCE

​Please email warranty@rhsolarlighting.com for warranty assistance. 

Please ensure you have followed the RESET instructions above prior to sending your warranty support email, as our team members will attempt to assist you through troubleshooting steps first. 

In order for our team to quickly assist you with a warranty claim, please include a copy of your original purchase receipt, your name, phone number and email address, as well as photos and videos of the manufacturer defect of the product in your email. Per our warranty policies, photo/video of the manufacturer defect is required to be provided in order for a warranty claim to be processed. 

One of our team members will reach out to you within 2 Business Days of receipt to further assist you.
